Data Center Training wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use datacentertraining.us and take our courses. The Site is operated by HAZWOPER OSHA Training, LLC.
Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What We Do
- Pages use semantic HTML with one main heading, ordered subheadings, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link.
- All functions, including navigation, course filters, FAQs, checkout, and privacy choices, work with a keyboard.
- Images have text alternatives, and text and controls are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
- Pages adapt to phones, tablets, and browser zoom.
- We test key pages with automated tools (axe-core). On October 2, 2026, the home, catalog, bundles, checkout, certifications, FAQ, roles, blog, and a sample course page showed no WCAG 2.1 A or AA violations. Automated tools catch only some issues, so we also welcome reports from people who use assistive technology.
Known Limitations
- Courses run on HAZWOPER OSHA Training's learning platform, which is separate from this Site. If any part of a course is hard to use with your assistive technology, contact us for help or an accommodation.
- Third-party tools such as the optional live chat (Tawk.to) and the card payment field (Stripe) are provided by other companies, and we cannot fully control their accessibility. Phone and email are always available instead.
